This is the quickest breakfast you can make this morning and it is very of nutritious. Garnished with vitamins, and minerals , berries are rich in antioxidants , which aid to protect against cancer.
150g Low fat natural yogurt | 1 Banana | 75g Blueberries | 75g Raspberries | 6 Ice Cubes | 150 ml milk
- Put all the ingredients , except the ice cubes , in a blender and whiz them together until they are really smooth
- Dash the Ice Cubes and blend for an additional 30sec until the ice is roughly crushed. Pour into tall chilled glasses and serve immediately.
