RECIPE: QUICK STEP-BY-STEP DOUBLE BERRY SMOOTHIE

Look:

This is the quickest breakfast you can make this morning and it is very of nutritious. Garnished with vitamins, and minerals , berries are rich in antioxidants , which aid to protect against cancer.

150g Low fat natural yogurt | 1 Banana | 75g Blueberries | 75g Raspberries | 6 Ice Cubes | 150 ml milk

Ready?

  1. Put all the ingredients , except the ice cubes , in a blender and whiz them together until they are really smooth
  2. Dash the Ice Cubes and blend for an additional 30sec until the ice is roughly crushed. Pour into tall chilled glasses and serve immediately.
